We’re obsessed with guac, but we’re also serious hummus heads. So we thought, why not combine the two? We created this avocado hummus recipe that’s incredibly easy to whip together and we can’t stop eating it. Honestly, you might want to just start by making a double batch.
Our go-to recipe is below, but in a pinch, we’ll pick up a tub of store-bought hummus and just blend in two ripe avocados. You could even use a hand mixer or potato masher if you don’t have a food processor!
